Clinical Health and Wellness Coach

Alyssa Wendt is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, endurance athlete, and lifelong learner. She is also a loving partner and friend, and a big fan of uplifting other women, deep belly laughs, and long adventures in the wilderness.
Alyssa specializes in supporting women who are holding a lot—careers, relationships, caregiving, big feelings, and changing bodies. With additional certifications in Lifestyle Coaching and Trauma-Informed Coaching, and advanced training in women’s pelvic health and hormonal health, she coaches the whole woman: body, mind, and nervous system.
Having navigated an autoimmune disease and rebuilt her own habits to become a high-performing athlete, she knows what it’s like to feel unseen and unsure of where to start. Her coaching blends evidence-based strategies with deep compassion so you feel heard, supported, and gently challenged as you move through your health journey.

Why Naturopathy

Why health coaching?

Health coaching gives you a dedicated space to reconnect with your body, clarify what you need, and make realistic changes, even when life feels very full. Together, we focus on what matters most to you in whatever season of life that you're in. Coaching can help with...

Mountain Ridge

Work-Life Balance

Create space for your own needs in the middle of work, parenting, caregiving, and everything else. Learn to set boundaries, protect your energy, and build a rhythm that feels more aligned and less overwhelming.

Sustainable Weight Change

Shift your relationship with food, movement, and your body, without extremes, guilt, or shame. Together we explore stress eating, emotional patterns, and realistic routines so any weight changes (if that’s your goal) are compassionate and sustainable.

Chronic Condition Support

Navigate chronic conditions—such as autoimmune issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.—with personalized support. We’ll focus on the lifestyle changes that feel realistic in your life and help you work alongside your medical team.

Women's Health

Support for women navigating pelvic floor challenges, perimenopause, and other hormonal shifts. This may include: leakage or urgency, discomfort with sex, core and pelvic floor changes over time or after pregnancy/birth, and symptoms like sleep issues, mood changes, hot flashes, or weight changes.

Mindset & Mood

Help you find tools to manage stress, confidence, and mood, so you feel less like you’re just getting through the day and more like you’re really living it.

Healthy Habits

Together we can work to create or strengthen your lifestyle habits such as: healthy food choices, stress management, sleep hygiene, exercise goals, & more.

Success stories

"Thank you so much for spending your time to help me... I know that in simple ways of communicating, true meaning can be lost. So I just want you to know you helped me in such a significant part of my life and helped in my changing for the better."
